Prices & payment

1. Product prices

All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time to account for any increase in costs including (but not limited to) the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant price revision before processing your order.

2. Delivery prices

On selecting the required delivery service, our competitive delivery charge is displayed for that item.

3. Payment Options

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (formerly known as Switch) or Visa Debit (also known as Delta). We will only debit your card when your order is ready for processing.

For overseas customers, our UK Sterling prices will be converted into local currency by your card issuer at the prevailing exchange rate.

4. Customs clearance

It is rare for our parcels to be intercepted by customs. However, if this does happen, the recipient may have to pay local import duties.
