Refunds & returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchases from us. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, simply follow the instructions below. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

Please ensure:


i. You inform us of your complaint by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order
ii. At our request, you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 14 days of the date you originally received them. Any goods returned must be unopened, in the same packaging and condition as you received them. For your own protection when returning items, please use recorded delivery - retaining your receipt - since we cannot process claims until the goods are back in our possession.
iii. You pre-pay the cost of return postage and packing including recorded delivery. We will refund this cost to you providing we are satisfied that the goods were either faulty when dispatched or were damaged in transit.


We shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of goods purchased through allpresent.com which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been followed. In such instances, we shall have the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return if in our opinion it is not justified. Under these circumstances, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
We shall have no liability of any kind for any indirect or consequential losses suffered by you &/or the end user, however caused.
