Quality guarantee
If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, simply email us within 7 days of receipt. We will acknowledge your email within 1-2 working days and will, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement of the damaged / defective items to be sent to you free of charge or credit you with a full refund of the purchase price as soon as the goods have been returned to us. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. In the rare event an item you order is unavailable, we will notify the estimated dispatch date, giving you the option to cancel your purchase.
