Max. weight: 15 stone (95 kg). Participants must be physically fit and able to swim at least 50m. The centre should be notifed in advance of any medical conditions or special needs. Unsuitable for those who are pregnant or with poor eyesight, back or joint problems. If in any doubt, please consult a doctor first
